Nothing works without our nature! We feel this every day, as we are part of it. That's how my whole family sees it, and that's how I see it. It was therefore clear from the outset that I would convert the winery to organic farming. In 2024, the time had come and we were certified organic!

This means working with and not against nature. Knowing the vines inside out and reacting in good time when the wind whistles around their ears. Ensuring biodiversity in the vineyard and being outside more than inside. As a nature lover, this is more than convenient for me!
Organic
What does organic viticulture mean? Organic viticulture is all about healthy soil and strong vines. We look after the soil carefully and use natural products to protect and strengthen the plants. This turns the vines into resilient rockers.
For example, we do not use any easily soluble mineral fertilisers, herbicides or synthetic chemical pesticides. On top of this, we also have strict rules for wine production in the cellar - some things are completely prohibited or restricted according to organic guidelines. We simply love natural enjoyment.
Of course, doing without herbicides and artificial pesticides means more time and effort. It is our contribution to diversity in our wine ecosystem. A certified organic wine consists of 100% grapes that have been grown in a good way. To your health! 🍇🌿 #OrganicWine
Certified sustainable Austria
Sustainability is not just an empty phrase for us - it permeates all areas of our winery. In addition to energy, water, waste and so on, we are very concerned about using glass bottles that are as sustainable as possible. Their production and transport contribute significantly to CO2²-emissions. That's why we use Sustainable Austria bottles made from lightweight glass, 80 per cent of which is made from recycled used glass from Austria.
Measures that we don't just implement once, but keep on our radar at all times. Because for us, sustainability means constant adaptation and improvement. 🌿🍷 #sustainableenjoyment #lessCO2
