Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the consumer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). The consumer may use the attached sample "Withdrawal Form," but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a manner that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
