Terms and Conditions

Version: 18.03.2025

1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

For businesses, these T&C also apply to future business relationships without the need for us to refer to them again. If the business uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they will only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Matthias Reckendorfer.

All offers in the online shop are non-binding and should be understood as an invitation to the customer to submit an offer. The contract is concluded by the acceptance of the order by the online shop, either through electronic or postal dispatch of an order confirmation or directly by dispatch of the ordered goods.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. You can view the T&C at any time on this page.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply. You can find details on the shipping costs on the checkout page. We deliver our orders via parcel service or freight forwarding within Austria. For shipments outside Austria, please contact us separately.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop: Credit card and invoice.

6. Retention of Ownership

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Transport Damage

For the consumers:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

For businesses:
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have handed over the item to the carrier, freight forwarder, or any other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment. For merchants, the obligation to inspect and notify defects regulated in § 377 HGB applies. If you fail to notify defects as stipulated therein, the goods are deemed approved unless the defect was not recognizable during the inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.
